JOB DESCRIPTION

Kaunter

  • Menyapa dan menyambut pesakit dengan senyuman dan sopan.
  • Mendaftar pesakit dan terima wang tunai.
  • Memberi ubat, beritahu harga ubat dan menjelaskan (Beritahu harga ubat sebelum siapkan ubat, terangkan setiap ubat yang diberi dengan jela sehingga pesakit faham)
  • Menyediakan resit, MC, kuarantin (Chicken Pox/HFMD), Referral Letter, Notifikasi dan Kad Vaksin)
  • Terima cash dari pesakit dan pulangkan baki dengan tepat.
  • Cara-cara claim panel.
  • Menjawab telefon dengan jelas dan sopan.
  • Mengira duit selepas habis shift.
  • Kemas kini media sosial rasmi klinik.

Bilik Rawatan dan Bilik Ubat

  • Memanggil pesakit dengan sopan dan senyuman.
  • Membantu proses rawatan yang dilakukan oleh doktor.
  • Menyediakan peralatan rawatan dengan baik.
  • Mencuci setiap peralatan rawatan dengan baik.
  • Menyediakan ubat dengan teliti dan betul.
  • Memastikan tulis dose yang telah diberikan oleh doktor yang betul.
  • Topup ubat yang habis.
  • Mengira stok ubat yang sampai dan yang hampir habis.
  • Mengikut SOP dan polisi syarikat dengan baik.
  • Menjaga kebersihan setiap sudut klinik.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
