Responsibilities:

  • Promote and present the company's solutions to prospective and existing clients.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities to achieve individual and company sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposal preparations.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance reports.
  • Complete all assigned tasks within the required quality standards and timeline.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Adapt to additional responsibilities or revised roles as required by the company.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Knowledge of software solutions, IT systems, or enterprise products is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly explanations.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Fresh graduates with technical background and eagerness to learn are welcome.
  • Willingness to travel and engage with clients across Malaysia.
  • Team player with adaptability and a customer-first mindset.

Remuneration packages:

Salary: RM 3500

Performance based Allowance: up to RM1000

EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Working Days: Mon – Friday (5 days)

Working Hours: 8.00am – 5.30pm
