Job Description:

  • Travel to customer sites to provide on-site service and support, including both scheduled appointments and emergency repairs.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize service processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Compile and update the maintenance, spare parts, and other relevant records for the assigned section.
  • To perform any other engineering related tasks as well and when deemed necessary or assigned by supervisor.
  • Work based in Shah Alam or East Malaysia

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Positive working attitude, proactive, initiative, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Proven experience as a service technician / engineer or similar role, preferably in the heavy machinery industry. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as well.
  • Highly discipline responsible and very duty bound to ensure that work is done on schedule.
  • Willingness to travel to various sites for servicing and delivery, including outstation assignments.
  • Technical trainings will be provided.
