Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer. This role is responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of intralogistics systems, including automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), conveyors, material handling equipment, and warehouse automation solutions. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing service projects from end to end, with leadership opportunities for experienced hires.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of intralogistics systems and automation equipment at customer sites.Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure optimal equipment performance.Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults (mechanical, electrical, PLC control) and implement effective solutions.Provide technical support and training to customers on system operation and maintenance.Prepare service reports, maintenance documentation, and technical feedback to the engineering team.Supervise service activities and guide junior engineers or technicians when required.Coordinate with the project and engineering teams for system upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and client site regulations.Maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term service contracts and aftersales opportunities.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience in machinery maintenance, automation systems, or material handling equipment.Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and PLC-based control systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or equivalent).Familiarity with conveyor systems, AS/RS, automated forklifts, or similar equipment.Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.Willingness to travel and work on-site at client facilities.
