Overview

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning opportunities into success stories.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and manage accounts across diverse market segments, focusing on wholesale, travel trade, and travel agency partners—both domestic and international.
  • Lead group bookings and assigned segments by implementing smart sales strategies that maximize revenue.
  • Execute action plans for your markets and regions as outlined in our annual marketing and sales roadmap.
  • Hit revenue targets and contribute to the success of our marketing budget.
  • Spot up-selling opportunities to boost revenue across rooms, events, and other hotel services.
  • Stay ahead of the game by monitoring market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with the Director of Sales.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure seamless client relationship management and business development.
  • Deliver exceptional experiences by personally welcoming key accounts, group organizers, and VIP guests.
  • Showcase our property through engaging site inspections and timely follow-ups to secure future bookings.
  • Be the face of our hotel in major feeder markets through direct sales calls, client meetings, and consistent communication.
  • Drive growth by increasing room nights and revenue from all potential sources.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in a sales role within an international or well-established local hotel group.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-oriented and motivated to exceed goals.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the local market and ability to analyze trends.
  • Excellent presentation and follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
