Job Summary.
- Incumbent should have the capability to explain complex technical products and services to clients, assist tender team with technical aspects of sales proposals, and provide pre-sales technical support and demonstrations.
- Incumbent can build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, provide exceptional after-sales service, and manage assigned accounts.
- Incumbent also good in handle troubleshoot for technical issues, diagnose and resolve equipment problems, and recommend product improvements or upgrades to customers.
- Incumbent can communicate customer needs and feedback to Research & Development (R&D) and product development teams to help shape new or improved products.
- Incumbent need to identify new sales opportunities, develop strategies to meet sales goals and quotas, and stay updated on technical product developments and market trends.
- To work closely with sales teams, R&D, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting customer needs.
- Train other engineer members on the technical aspects of products and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of the Beverage Industry products and services.
- Fresh Graduate Are Welcome
- Based at Elite Industry Park, Shah Alam
- Posses Own Transport
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM8,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
