The Administrative & Accounts Executive is responsible for handling daily administrative operations and basic accounting functions to ensure smooth office and financial management.

Administrative Duties

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations

  • Handle correspondence (emails, letters, WhatsApp, calls) professionally

  • Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases

  • Prepare reports, letters, memos, and documentation

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments

  • Assist HR matters such as attendance records, leave tracking, and staff documentation

  • Liaise with parents, vendors, suppliers, and external parties

Accounts & Finance Duties

  • Handle invoicing, receipts, and payment follow-ups

  • Record daily transactions, expenses, and income

  • Prepare payment vouchers and basic accounting entries

  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts

  • Assist in monthly financial reports and reconciliation

  • Maintain proper records of accounts, petty cash, and expenses

  • Support audit and finance documentation when required

Requirements & Skills

  • Diploma / Degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may apply)

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets)

  • Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
