Corporate Ticketing Executive: Tripfez Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd (Malaysia)

Role Description

We're looking for a Corporate Ticketing Executive to join our growing corporate travel division.

In this role, you'll manage air ticketing, itinerary coordination, and travel support for corporate and government-linked clients — ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional service from booking to boarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle air ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds using GDS (preferably Amadeus or Sabre).
  • Process and manage corporate travel bookings (air, hotel, ground).
  • Advise clients on best fare options, routes, and travel policies.
  • Support travel quotations, itineraries, and reporting for corporate accounts.
  • Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for schedule changes or special requests.
  • Maintain accurate ticketing and billing records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in corporate or leisure ticketing.
  • Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience managing corporate or government-linked accounts is an advantage.
  • Team-oriented, client-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
