Who Needs a Copywriter Anymore When AI Can Write Faster?

In today's world, AI tools can write articles in seconds, generate ads with a click, and summarise pages of data in an instant. So, who needs a copywriter anymore?

We do. And we always will.

Because while AI can replicate words, it cannot replicate imagination.

It can suggest headlines, but it cannot spark goosebumps.

It can write product descriptions, but it cannot stir hearts, shift behaviours, or sell a vision.

At Dreams, we believe AI replaces the average. It will never replace the extraordinary. Creative copywriters bring more than syntax. They bring storytelling, psychology, emotional resonance, and cultural relevance. They do not just write. They imagine, solve, and inspire action.

We are calling for mind-hackers, idea crafters, and emotion weavers — creatives who know how to make words work hard and mean more.

As our #dreamswarriors copywriter (English), you would be required to meet the following benchmark:

  1. A lifetime CIA - Always Curious in discovering the unknown, Always Imagineering to explore the possibilities and Always Assessing whether you have the relevant skills for now & the future.
  2. A Copy-righter - You take pride in having the skills of choosing the right words & the techniques of arranging them effectively to evoke emotions.
  3. A Matchmaker – You maintain the efficiency to ensure a smooth connection of copy and visuals that bring out the best of ideas.
  4. A Mindreader - You gloriously retain the ability to understand consumer behaviours and shape their mind to act ~ through vast knowledge of using marketing, advertising, sales, branding skills.
  5. A Practitioner - At least 3 years of consistent solid work experience in copywriting or content marketing in creative or digital agency

As a part of our team, you'll be responsible for the following:

  1. Produce creative and effective work as per client requirements while ensuring brand consistency across all channels of communication.
  2. Research, ideate and write engaging and share-worthy content; including sponsored contents.
  3. Optimising social media posts (language, tone, message) based on target audience's behaviours.
  4. Strategic thinking and apply persuasive writing within the creative deliverables.
  5. Proofreading and edit copies as required.
