About the Role

We're looking for passionate and experienced
AS400 RPG Developers
to join our growing team

You'll be responsible for
developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications
on the IBM i (AS400) platform — supporting key systems in the
banking industry
and ensuring business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain programs using
    RPG (RPG III, RPG IV, ILE RPG)
    and
    CL
    .
  • Work with
    DB2/400
    and SQL for system enhancements and reporting.
  • Analyze user requirements and translate them into efficient solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver reliable and high-performing systems.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in
    AS400 / IBM i development
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    RPG IV / ILE RPG
    ,
    CL
    , and
    DB2/400
    .
  • Experience in
    banking or financial systems
    preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
