Purpose of Roles

In our Marketing team, you will be developing content with core messages and playing a pivotal role in shaping the first impressions of our schools.

In our Marketing roles, you will help share the story of our schools — developing campaigns, content and community initiatives that showcase our values, learning approach and student achievements. Working closely with the school leadership and Regional Marketing teams, you will:

• Plan and execute marketing and communication strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Create and manage digital and print content, including social media, websites, newsletters and promotional materials.
• Coordinate and support events, outreach activities and partnerships to engage families and the wider community.
• Monitor campaign performance and market trends to optimise reach and impact.
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment with ISP's messaging and design standards across all communication channels.

These roles are ideal for creative, analytical professionals who are skilled at blending storytelling, strategy and execution to deliver measurable results.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals with experience in Marketing and/or Communications, particularly those who have worked in the education or service sectors.

Depending on the level of role:

• Managers: Managers will lead and drive school marketing strategies and campaigns. We require a minimum of 6 years of managerial experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with proven leadership skills, the ability to drive strategic communication initiatives and manage stakeholders.
• Senior Executives / Executives: Senior Executives and Executives will support the planning, execution, and engagement initiatives of the Marketing function. We require a minimum of 2 to 4 years' experience in Marketing, Communications, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to execution.

Our requirements for Marketing roles are:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A customer-centric mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
