Restaurant Manager

Job Description: Oversees daily operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.
Key responsibilities :
- Involve ensuring high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness, managing inventory and budgets, and handling customer complaints to guarantee a superior dining experience.
Staff management :
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Supervise and appraise staff performance, providing coaching or disciplinary action when needed.
- Ensure staff adheres to all restaurant policies and high service standards.
Financial and operational management
- Manage budgets, control operational costs, and identify opportunities for waste reduction.
- Oversee inventory, order supplies, and manage relationships with vendors.
- Create and analyze financial reports on revenue and expenses.
Customer and quality assurance
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing all guest interactions.
- Promptly and effectively resolve customer complaints and feedback.
- Monitor food quality and work with the kitchen to maintain high standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Strategic and administrative duties
- Oversee daily operations, including front and back-of-house functions.
- Handle administrative duties, such as payroll and other paperwork.
- Promote the restaurant and work on strategies to attract a broader audience.
