Experience: 5 Years (Previous Roles - Presales Engineer, Telecommunication Engineer)

Nationality: Malaysian Only

Age Requirement: 23–35 years

Responsibilities

  • Build and engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Design, present, and articulate tailored network and data center solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, engineering, and project delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, especially in data center infrastructure and telco network solutions.
  • Support bid/tender processes by responding to RPIs, RFPs, RFQs, and technical documents.
  • Setting timelines for deliverables, monitor and manage the E2E delivery from HQ to client, manage client satisfaction properly.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments or task as and when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Network Engineering of other related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the telecommunications or data center industry.
  • Strong understanding of telco networks, data center architecture, cloud connectivity, and infrastructure design.
  • Solid understanding of telco networks and strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM8, RM15,000.00 per month
