About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Human Resource Executive to join our team in Johor. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with the full cycle of the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing and onboarding new hires.
  2. Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
  3. Coordinating employee benefits, leaves, and other HR-related matters.
  4. Providing support for employee relations, performance management, and learning and development initiatives.
  5. Collaborating with department heads to understand and address HR-related needs.
  6. Participating in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  7. Conducting HR audits and making recommendations for process improvements.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  3. Proficient in MS Office applications and HR information systems.
  4. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  5. Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
