Location

General Purpose
– Build and grow a network of Introductory Brokers (IBs) who bring active FX traders to CXM and drive revenue.

Specific Objectives (≈ 12 months)

  • Drive monthly deposits over USD 50K from certain territory.

Key Activities

  • Leverage existing book of institutional FX relationships to generate deposits via the IB channel.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new Introductory Brokers (IBs) to expand active trader flow.

Key Competences

  • 3–5 yrs institutional FX business‑development success, B2B focus.
  • Proven strategic‑partnership origination and revenue scaling.
  • Solid FX market understanding.
  • Executive‑level relationship‑building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages valued.
  • Self‑directed, analytical, resilient.
