JOB PURPOSE

Perform Electrical/Mechanical maintenance works and repair all the equipment that are used for Manufacturing process in the factory.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To contribute and deliver the result of machine maintenance effectively as well as recommending improvements to minimize machine downtime.
  • To assemble, install, test, maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, apparatus and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
  • To diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown.
  • Test electrical system and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters and oscilloscopes to ensure compatibility and safety of the system.
  • Responsible for machine maintenance (Stamping, CNC & Basic Electro Mechanical) and fitting jobs.
  • To carry out periodic Maintenance of the machines as per the maintenance schedule.
  • To troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • To monitor and control product shielding and machine downtime to maintain productivity.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Possess a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Basic knowledge in electrical wiring, PLC system and electric motor (for Electrical Technician).
  • Basic knowledge in Pneumatic, Hydraulic and electric motor (for Mechanical Technician).
  • Experience in Tool and Die would be an added advantage.
  • Team player and able to work under challenging situations.
