Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily financial operations, including review of source documents, accounting entries, and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings in compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with tax agents and assist with all tax-related matters.
  • Support the annual audit process and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and local tax regulations.
  • Proficient in using accounting and office software.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong in communication and coordination skills.
  • Prefer Chinese speaker and reader to deal with the stakeholder from China
