Job Description:

  • Responsible for planning, scheduling and monitoring progress of assigned projects to ensure its timely completion.
  • To monitor timely completion of sub-contractor works, work quality and completion within budgeted cost.
  • To attend Factory Acceptance Testing and Testing and Commissioning when required.
  • Liaise with client and consultant for execution of the projects deliverables.
  • Prepare method statements and submission of shop drawings to consultant for approval.
  • Prepare monthly progress report and monthly progress claims.
  • Troubleshoot problems that arise during the execution of the project.
  • Attend site meetings or discussion as required.
  • Assist the preparation of all requisite bids, quotation, tenders and proposals.
  • Work closely with the Sales team on site-related factors and considerations for ongoing tenders, including attending site visits.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar capacity
  • Required skills: Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Must be able to communicate well in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic knowledge in written and spoken Mandarin to communicate with our China vendors will be an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
