Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Product Analyst to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The Product Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform product development and strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of product development processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform product development and strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features
  • Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform product enhancements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes
  • Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Assist with product launch and marketing efforts
  • Provide support to the product team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of product development processes and methodologies
  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis
  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
