Job Descriptions :

  1. Monitor the HSE programs within the project site.
  2. Monitor work activities in order to advice management of HSE deficiencies and the HSE implementation program or performance.
  3. Coordinates and assures compliance with the risk Management Program.
  4. Implement, coordinate and deliver safety-related training programs.
  5. Maintain and control all safety documentations.
  6. Deliver other dutie/work scopes as assigned by HSE Manager.
  7. Supervise the project HSE function on a construction projects.
  8. Understanding the HSE schemes/philosophy of the project.
  9. Direct the issuance of Notices of Non- Compliance to subcontractor found in violation ogf the HSE rules & Regulation. Follows up to ensure compliance.
  10. Develop and Supervises the implementation of project Safety action Plan in accordance with Rotary, HSE Manual, applicable local legal regulation and client requirements.
  11. Contribute to the development and implemention of the HSE management Prosess.
  12. Assist all areas of safety planning and incident preventaton.
  13. Inspect & retify any unsafe practices and conditions at worksite.
  14. Plan and coordinate the safety training and certifications of crew on site.
  15. facilitate incident investigation together with project team.
  16. Supervises the daily monitoring of work practices of Rotary and other subcontractors at the project.
  17. Ensure that project working condition meet client HSE requirement.
