ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Performance Media Specialist, you'll kick-start your career in digital advertising by working alongside a team of experienced strategists, creatives, and account leads. From day one, you'll gain hands-on exposure to paid media platforms, learn how campaigns are built and optimized, and support the delivery of results that matter to our clients.

This is a great role for fresh grads or juniors who want to grow fast, think smart, and be part of a digital-first team that values curiosity, ownership, and collaboration.

Note: This role is open to candidates based in and eligible to work in Malaysia. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and manage daily operations across Google Ads, Bing, Meta Ads, GMP, and other key platforms

• Monitor campaign performance and make timely optimizations to maximize results

• Support the team in executing platform tasks such as audience targeting, budget pacing, and creative uploads

• Generate performance reports and help translate data into insights

Strategy & Learning

• Learn how to interpret campaign data and apply best practices to optimize results

• Contribute to media plans that align with client goals under the guidance of senior team members

• Stay updated on platform features, digital trends, and media innovation

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth campaign execution

• Assist in project management tasks such as timelines, asset tracking, and status updates

• Provide support during client presentations or internal review sessions

ABOUT YOU

You're curious, driven, and excited to learn about the fast-changing world of digital media. You bring a positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to dive in — even if you don't have it all figured out yet.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Comm, or related field

• Strong interest in digital advertising and media platforms

• Good with numbers and comfortable working with charts or spreadsheets

• Excellent communication skills — fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)

• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus

• Responsible, organized, and proactive in your work

• Team player with a growth mindset and a strong desire to learn

• Experience in a media/digital internship or freelance role is a plus
