About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our dynamic team at AGGREGATE PI BIZ MANAGEMENT' in Johor. As the Financial Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the financial health of the organisation. What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
  • Manage the company's accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
  • Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives
  • Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the company's financial strategies

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the Accounting industry
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing financial operations, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and tools
  • Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience in leading and developing a finance team
