Job Summary

  • This role supports the costing and financial analysis activities for a manufacturing plant, helping ensure accurate reporting, consistent costing practices, and clear visibility of plant performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Consolidate budgets and forecasts from assigned plants and highlight major cost drivers and variances.
  • Perform monthly cost performance analysis (actual vs budget) and support identification of improvement opportunities.
  • Assist plant teams in monitoring material usage, yields, and wastage, and support cost-reduction or efficiency initiatives.
  • Assist with project costing, capex tracking, and preparation of simple dashboards or reports.
  • Provide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting for management.

Key Skills Required

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting / Finance / Business / Commerce or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in financial analysis with exposure in forecast & budgetary management
  • Manufacturing costing experience is a plus
