Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, Shopee, and TikTok in a polite and timely manner.
  • Process orders, verify payments, and update delivery status.
  • Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Work closely with the admin and operations team to ensure smooth daily workflow.
  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and company updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
  • Friendly, patient, and responsible attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Shopee, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
  • Experience in customer service or e-commerce is an added advantage.
