Lokasi Pejabat: Kubang Kerian, Kelantan

Waktu Kerja: 9.00 pagi – 6.00 petang

Kami sedang mencari Customer Service (Internship) yang mesra, sabar dan berkemahiran berkomunikasi untuk menyertai pasukan Luxhome dalam mengurus pertanyaan serta keperluan pelanggan secara dalam talian.

Syarat & Kelayakan:

  • Jantina bebas (Lelaki / Perempuan)
  • Berumur 18 – 28 tahun
  • Kelayakan minimum SPM / SVM / Diploma
  • Boleh mula latihan segera atau intake November 2025
  • Fasih berbahasa Melayu (boleh berbahasa Inggeris adalah kelebihan)
  • Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik, sabar & positif
  • Mahir menggunakan Shopee, TikTok, WhatsApp & media sosial lain

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • Membalas mesej pelanggan di Shopee, TikTok, WhatsApp & Facebook secara profesional dan mesra.
  • Memberi maklumat produk, status penghantaran, dan bantuan selepas jualan.
  • Merekod maklum balas pelanggan serta bantu menyelesaikan aduan dengan cara terbaik.
  • Follow-up pelanggan selepas pembelian bagi mendapatkan maklum balas atau review.
  • Bekerjasama dengan team sales & warehouse untuk pastikan pesanan dihantar tepat masa.
  • Membantu dalam aktiviti promosi dan kempen jualan apabila diperlukan.

Elaun Latihan: RM500 sebulan

Tempoh Latihan: 3 – 6 bulan
