Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions, as relevant and required by the Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
  • To counter-check the accuracy of Moment and Benchmarks provided by other parties.
  • To check, confirm the correctness and resolving any dimensional discrepancies in drawings.
  • To liaise and resolve setting out discrepancies with relevant parties.
  • To survey existing ground levels.
  • To survey details for planning, design and construction purpose.
  • To setting out of control point, benchmarks, slope stakes, reference lines, boundaries, alignments, levels at site for various works.
  • To monitor completed works and preparing Site Measurement Records for payment purposes.
  • To survey for as-built preparation.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.

Requirements:

  • Possess Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Building Technology/Surveying/Mechanical & Electrical.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years' working experience preferably from a building and construction industry in a similar position.
  • Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standard and provide unlimited support for the implementation and on-going maintenance for the Company's Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
  • Must be a team player, committed and result-oriented.
  • Must have the ability and personality to drive and motivate team to achieve common goals.
  • Exposure in turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably to be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.

Pay: RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
