主要职责:

  • 及时合规地管理并回复来自全球执法机构和政府部门的官方信息请求和指令。

  • 在披露信息之前,进行全面的案件审查,以确保每项请求均符合适用的法律、法规和隐私要求。

  • 监控和评估信息披露或数据处理过程中可能出现的潜在风险或政策违规行为,并在必要时向上级汇报。

  • 与内部团队协调,识别、验证和汇总相关的账户或交易数据。

  • 处理来自不同国家的监管合规问题和法律相关问询。

  • 与执法机构建立并维护良好的关系,并向官方政府部门提供必要的信息。

  • 协助公司内部法律顾问处理诉讼案件及其他法律相关事宜,并收集相关信息。

  • 就监管趋势和执法动态提供建议,以支持公司合规准备和风险缓解策略。

  • 就法律相关问题为客户提供协助和建议。

任职要求:

  • 法学学位(LLB、JD、Mag. iur.、LL.M. 或同等学历)

  • 至少三年法律工作经验,最好曾在公司法务团队、监管机构或律师事务所工作过。

  • 具备处理官方法律请求(例如法院命令或行政问询)的经验

  • 具备诉讼经验

  • 注重细节,具备出色的组织和文档处理能力。

  • 中文和英语书面及口头沟通能力俱佳。

  • 能够在快节奏、监管严格的环境中独立工作,并保持高度的诚信和谨慎。
