Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team base in Singapore. This position is designed to prepare candidates for future leadership roles by providing hands-on experience in various departments, comprehensive training, and mentorship from senior leaders. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about building a long-term career in management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a structured training program covering multiple business functions such as operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
  • Assist department managers in daily operations, strategic planning, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze data and prepare performance reports to support decision-making.
  • Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support management in identifying business opportunities and implementing solutions.
  • Attend meetings, workshops, and presentations to gain in-depth knowledge of the business.
  • Shadow senior leaders to understand leadership expectations and management styles.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business growth and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership potential with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Eager to learn and willing to rotate between departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to travel or relocate if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM5, RM9,000.00 per month
