  • Communicate with drivers to confirm schedules and track shipments.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist with basic billing, invoicing, and record-keeping tasks.
  • Support general office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
