In this role, you will execute recruitment and employer branding activities to attract talent across the organization. You will help bring our company culture and values to life through engaging storytelling, digital content, and on-ground initiatives that strengthen our visibility as an employer of choice.

You will contribute to a positive hiring experience by executing recruitment activities, supporting talent attraction efforts, and executing employer branding campaigns that reinforce our EVP and enhance our ability to attract the right talent at every level.

What You'll Do

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment activities across all job levels and functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and SBPs to understand hiring needs and align on role requirements and timelines.
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers through timely communication and consistent touchpoints.
  • Support the development and maintenance of strong talent pipelines by coordinating relationships and engagement activities with universities, professional bodies, industry associations, career centres, and other external partners.
  • Organize outreach events, career fairs, networking sessions, and partnership opportunities to strengthen visibility across both early-career and experienced talent segments.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends in recruitment data and providing actionable insights to refine hiring efforts.

2. Employer Branding

  • Bring our employer brand to life by executing storytelling and branding initiatives aligned with our EVP across digital platforms and on-ground touchpoints.
  • Create engaging content for social media, career pages, employee spotlights, and internal communications that highlight our culture, people, and growth opportunities.
  • Capture and curate authentic stories, visuals, and moments from around the business to strengthen our employer narrative.
  • Support the rollout of campaigns and branding activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Manage posting calendars and content flow to keep our channels active, relevant, and compelling.
  • Track and report branding metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and sentiment to understand and improve campaign performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to enhance content, messaging, and channel effectiveness.
  • Support employer branding events and engagement activities that reinforce our identity as an employer of choice.

What You Bring

  • Experience in recruitment, talent attraction, or employer branding, with exposure to executing hiring activities or creating digital content.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to share ideas clearly and work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Hands-on problem-solving approach and ability to deliver tasks efficiently.
  • Creative storyteller with the ability to produce engaging content that reflects our culture and EVP.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to partner with hiring managers, HR teams, universities, and external vendors.
  • Digitally savvy; comfortable using social media, Canva, Photoshop, or other editing tools to support branding and recruitment initiatives.
  • You may choose to be based at our KL office in Petaling Jaya or our manufacturing plant in Bandar Enstek.
