ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory, testing, or production equipment.
• Prepare samples, conduct experiments, and assist in material testing as per standard procedures.
• Support product development, quality control, or maintenance teams with technical tasks.
• Monitor processes and equipment parameters; report anomalies or deviations promptly.
• Record accurate test results, observations, and process data and reports.
• Assist engineers during trials, installations, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with company safety policies.
• Support process and equipment troubleshooting.
• Manage inventory of R&D material required for day-to-day activities.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow.

PREFERRED:

• Background of Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemistry, Material Science, or related fields, and a passion for hands-on technical work.
• Previous experience in laboratory testing, production, or R&D environment
• Familiarity with ISO, ASTM, or other relevant testing standards
• Knowledge of material properties, process equipment, or analytical instruments
• Basic understanding of safety and quality management system
