Qualifications & experience

  • Min Diploma & above
  • 2 years working experience as store or retail manager or 5 years on sales experience.
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Sufficient knowledge of modem management techniques and best practices .
  • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Result-driven and customer focused.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations. Customer service and sales driven.
  • Meet goals and result-orientated.
  • Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
  • Monitor sales metrics (eg. Weekly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customer's individual needs.
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Supervise sales representatives to ensure sales generate.
  • Report on the status of sales and transactions.
  • Set and track sales targets, aligned with company objectives.
