Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily store operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets.

Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and coordinate replenishment.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent service.

Job Requirements

Minimum Sijil / Diploma / Degree in Business, Management, Retail, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or supervisory role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good understanding of retail operations, sales, and inventory management.

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.

Customer-focused with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Basic proficiency in MS Office or retail software is a plus.
