Project Managers (Landscaping) Bursa PLC

Plans, execute events and leading teams from the initial concept to successful completion, managing milestones and deadlines. Coordinate with both internal teams and contractors to ensure a successful event.

(a) Assist the VP in managing or coordinating all design & innovation-related matters, including team operations, development of specific construction details, design trend and idea research.

(b) Assist in producing creative ideas and concept innovations, design development and visualization, preparation & compilation of presentation materials.

(c) Assist in preparing design intends, materials selection and costing, from the conceptual design stage up to the design development stage.

(d) Attend meetings, site meetings and communicate with users, consultants and contractors for projects and events, both written and verbal.

(e) Inspect project sites for structural and ground conditions regularly to ensure safety in final project, make changes when necessary and report any discrepancy.

(f) Assist in the team's planning related to Marketing, Sustainability, Finance, Maintenance and etc. from time to time.

(g) Assist landscape team by counter check all presentation slides/proposal,tender drawings, construction drawing, submission drawing, shop drawing, as-built drawing, quotation and BQ related to landscape.

(h) Work closely as a team with Company's Group of departments to make sure all requirements meet with the dateline and budget.

(i) Follow up with users after completion of a project to ensure satisfaction and maintain a future business contact.

(j) Assist in preparing detailed drawings, submission drawings, construction drawings, tender/contract drawings and documents to ensure compliance with requirements.

(k) Assist in all related landscape matters linked to Company's software such as Ariba, GCP, SAP and etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture with at least 7 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment, multitasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Able to interpret landscape drawings and explain details during coordination.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Experience with Sketchup, Lumion or any related 3D Software will be an added advantage.
  • Required languages: English, Mandarin, Malay
  • Must possess your own transport and be willing to travel weekly or other sites for meetings and coordination.
  • Willing to work on weekends occasionally and during flower events set up.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8, RM9,000.00 per month
