About the role

You will be the face of the brand in-store, offering premium service, sharing product knowledge, and driving sales by connecting with customers who appreciate innovation, design, and superior sound.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding, personalized customer service in line with luxury brand standards.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and communicate the unique features of audio technology.
  • Drive sales performance by identifying customer needs and providing sound recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through follow-up and clienteling.
  • Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory checks.
  • Handle customer queries, after-sales support professionally.
  • Collaborate with the retail and marketing teams to achieve sales and store KPIs.
  • Stay updated on brand news, product launches, and competitor activity.

Requirement:

  1. Possess at least a SPM/ STPM /Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Comfortable with retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  3. Possess experience in sales and customer service in retail industry. Candidate from Lifestyle Tech & Luxury Retail is welcome to apply.
  4. Proficiency in English is required.
