Job Responsibilities

  • To build and maintain good relationship with customers.
  • Responsible to provide consultation for new and existing patients with comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with management and the sales team to achieve team sales targets.
  • Provide medical aesthetic care to patients (For example: facial wash, photo taking, post treatment care, up-selling products, follow-ups and etc.).
  • Ensure customers comfort and satisfaction throughout their therapy experience.
  • Handle documentation, phone calls, basic administration duties and appointments.
  • Collaborating with the staff to keep the work area clean and create a pleasant atmosphere for the clients .
  • Manage patient's expectations, explain procedures, follow-up with post procedure care and results.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized & treatment rooms are clean, tidy, and calm working environment.
  • Check that all necessary products and equipment are in sufficient quantities, safe, and properly maintained.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred working experience in aesthetics or beauty industry.
  • Preferably with experience in providing facial treatment.
  • Knowledge of skincare products, treatments and current industry trends.
  • Work proactively, with a high sense of responsibility, dedication and teamwork.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in tri-lingual are preferred.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers).
  • Good work attitude and willing to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Pleasant appearance and friendly personality.
  • Ability to pick up job procedures quickly, and complete the job assigned properly.
