What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for customers starting their skincare transformation.

You will:

  • Engage new customers and schedule their treatment appointments (Leads are fully provided - no cold calling).
  • Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and live chat with warmth and confidence.
  • Explain treatments clearly so customers feel informed and comfortable.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and positive energy.

Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin (due to customer demographic requirements).
  • No experience? No problem - full training will be provided.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or communication is a bonus.
  • Must be willing to be based in Penang.
  • A strong interest in beauty, skincare, or aesthetics is highly encouraged.
