A Day in the LIFE

  • Driving sales target achievement and ensure project success through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships to foster potential business opportunities.
  • Manage client expectations for projects, events, or exhibitions.
  • Generate sales leads, leveraging marketing support and external cues.
  • Conduct project site visits, gather feedback, and explore new client engagements.
  • Participate in networking events to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with clients on project details, design concepts, and exhibition requirements.
  • Budgeting, cost management, and tender document preparation.
  • Support project delivery oversight and operational issue resolution.
  • Address additional ad-hoc team requirements.

Who we are looking for

  • Minimum Degree/Diploma, preferably in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in event / exhibition / tradeshow project management or any related industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply showcasing your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and relevant skills/experiences gained during studies and internships.
  • Frequent travel is required, owning a car is a must.
  • Able to travel outstation and overseas independently.
  • Able to work during weekends and public holidays when necessary.
  • Required languages: Fluent in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Project.
  • Good communication skills. Pragmatic, meticulous, and multitasker.
  • Knowledge of furniture, materials, and finishes will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
