What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and supervise a team of production and logistics personnel
  2. Ensure efficient and effective workflow within your assigned area of responsibility
  3. Monitor productivity and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency

  5. Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in the production and logistics processes
  6. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting to management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a logistics environment
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficient in operational planning, process improvement, and quality control
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
