Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of high-impact Bahasa Malaysia content for marketing, corporate, and product communications, ensuring consistency with brand strategy, tone of voice, and audience engagement objectives.
  • Write, edit, and proofread Bahasa Malaysia content for websites, social media, press releases, campaigns, and corporate communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, digital, and product teams to conceptualize and deliver compelling content that drives engagement and strengthens brand presence.
  • Review and refine existing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and strategic messaging across all communication channels.
  • Support management in preparing bilingual corporate communications, including internal newsletters, and corporate announcements.
  • Stay updated on language trends, consumer insights, and market developments to continuously improve brand storytelling and message effectiveness.
  • Ensure all copy adheres to company communication standards and brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or communications — preferably with a focus on Bahasa Malaysia content.
  • Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital content strategy, and brand communication trends is an added advantage.
