JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Responsibilities:

  • Help in organising international events and local roadshows.
  • Plan retail planogram and design.
  • Build brand credibility and awareness by producing marketing materials.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively using WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
  • Responsible for documenting customers' needs, communicating, and liaising with all relevant department heads to ensure customer requirements are understood and fulfilled.
  • Assist in developing and implementing the company's marketing plans.
  • Developing and managing project timelines to ensure timely product launches.
  • Planning and executing product launches in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification

  1. Possess a Bachelor's  Degree in Marketing, or any other Science or marketing related background.
  2. Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Being able to write in Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu is an advantage. This role is required to communicate with customers who speak and write in Mandarin.
  3. Have at least a minimum of 2 years of copywriting and marketing experience
  4. Experience working in health and nutrition company is an additional advantage
  5. Proficiency in Canva, Illustrator, and photoshop for crafting visually compelling promotional materials.
  6. Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  7. Detail-oriented, analytical, an able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Good attitude coupled with the willingness to learn and adapt.
  9. Willing to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays when there are special events.
  10. Hostel available upon request.
