Job Description

  • Able to handle projects independently with GDC in the range of RM500 million.
  • Responsible in project planning, coordinating, monitoring, implementing from conception to completion.
  • Responsible to oversee the entire project process and lead, direct and manage the team.
  • Prepare project feasibility studies, product brief, and propose budget for management approval.
  • Coordinate and review all drawings for design consistency and comply with technical specification and authority requirement.
  • Liaison with consultants and authorities to ensure approvals from Development order to CCC obtained on time.
  • Responsible for tender and contract management, ensuring projects are executed according to the design brief and contract.
  • Responsible to monitor and be responsible for quality control of construction work.
  • Conduct and lead coordination meeting with consultants and contractors to resolve issues related to design and construction.
  • Perform other duties from time to time when assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Min 8 years working experience in developer company.
  • With work experience in engineering/architect consultancy will be an added advantage.
  • Possess strong liaison skills with authorities and consultants to ensure smooth implementation of project.
  • Knowledge in architectural or engineering design.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Project Management Software.
  • Result-oriented, good analytical skills, have on-site problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment to meet deadlines.
  • Good organizational skills, including multitasking, and time management.
  • High initiatives, innovative, fast learning ability, and dependable.
  • Good team player and attitudes.
