Requirements:

  • SPM/Certificate/SKM/Diploma in Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or any related technical field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Machines.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical or technical drawings.
  • Experience using precision measuring tools and basic inspection equipment.
  • Able to work independently and in a team under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on shifts, overtime, or weekends if required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines according to production schedules and technical drawings.
  • Interpret and understand engineering or technical drawings, including tolerances and surface finish requirements.
  • Prepare tools, fixtures, and materials required for machining operations.
  • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometer, caliper, height gauge).
  • Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with engineers, production planners, and quality control teams to solve machining problems.
