  • Expected salary: RM3,000 - RM3,500 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and service barcode equipment (printer & scanner) at customer site.
  • Manage all on-site & in-house installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations /briefings.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  • Propose the service contract.
  • Do & submit quotation to customer.
  • Visiting the customer to gather information competitor (label, ribbon & printer) & old company printer model.
  • To promote Printer, Ribbon and Label.
  • Installation printer driver and Software and support them.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assign.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience in related field with good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Strong service orientation.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills; both verbally and in writing.
  • Possess own transport.
