The company provides technology solutions and services to enterprises across industries such as Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel and Hospitality, through a combination of traditional and newer business models, as a long-term sustainable partner.Your X-FactorWork ethic - You are a consummate professionalAptitude - You have an innate capacity to transition from project to project without skipping a beat.Communication - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination across projects and teams.Impact - You are a critical thinker with an emphasis on creativity and innovation.Passion - You have the drive to succeed paired with a continuous hunger to learn.Leadership - You are trusted, empathetic, accountable, and empower others around you.Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficientTechnical Release Managerto lead and coordinate release activities across theMicrosoft EUC ecosystem, includingWindows OS feature updates,Microsoft 365,monthly patching,Cloud PC (Windows 365),Autopilot deployments, andApplication Lifecycle Management (ALM)releases.This role will be central to ensuring successful, secure, and well-governed releases to support both on-premises and cloud-first environments in a modern workplace strategy.Key Responsibilities: Release Planning & GovernanceOwn and manage the full release lifecycle for:Windows OS Feature Updates (Semi-Annual Channel upgrades, servicing stack updates)Microsoft 365 Releases (Office apps, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook)Monthly Patching (Windows OS, M365, third-party apps)Windows 365 / Cloud PC service updates (image refresh, policy configuration, network policies)Autopilot Deployment Updates :Manage configuration profiles, Enrolment status pages, and ESP testingCoordinate release and validation of Autopilot device profiles and white-glove provisioningApplication Lifecycle Management :New app rollouts, upgrades, deprecation, and compatibility testing across device estateMaintain a centralized release calendar , aligning with Microsoft release cadences and internal change windows.Conduct impact analysis, define success/rollback criteria, and ensure test coverage before go-live. Execution & CoordinationLead cross-functional coordination with EUC Engineering, App Owners, Security, Networking, and Support teams.Plan, schedule, and monitor phased rollouts (Pilot > Test > Production).Ensure all releases comply with Change Management procedures: RFC submission, CAB attendance, stakeholder communication, and user readiness.Track post-release performance, user impact, and incident trends for continuous improvement. Automation & ToolsLeverage modern Microsoft tools and platforms for release execution:Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) , MECM (SCCM) , Autopilot , WUfBCloud PC Admin Portal , Windows Update Analytics , Endpoint AnalyticsServiceNow , Jira , Confluence , Power BI for tracking and reportingAutomate patching, application deployments, reporting, and compliance tasks where possible. Documentation & CommunicationMaintain comprehensive release documentation: runbooks, SOPs, rollback plans, FAQs.Publish regular release notes and internal communications on changes and upcoming releases.Track and report release KPIs: deployment success rate, rollback instances, ticket volumes, and SLA adherence.Qualifications & Skills:5+ years of experience in Release Management, preferably in enterprise Microsoft environments.Deep technical understanding of:Windows OS update lifecycleMicrosoft 365 desktop apps and service releasesWindows Autopilot deployment and provisioningWindows 365 / Cloud PC configuration and user experienceIntune / SCCM / Endpoint AnalyticsFamiliar with Microsoft update channels (Monthly Enterprise, SAC, Current Channel).Experience with application packaging , version control, deployment testing, and ALM tools.Familiarity with ITIL release/change management, governance, and incident response processes.Strong scripting/automation knowledge (PowerShell is a plus).Preferred Certifications:Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Windows 365 Fundamentals / Azure Administrator AssociateITIL v4 FoundationPMP / Agile / SAFe Certifications (Optional)Key Attributes:Strong coordination and multitasking capabilitiesExcellent communication with both technical and business stakeholdersHighly organized, process-driven, and analyticalProactive problem-solver with a focus on minimizing risk and downtimeComfortable in hybrid and fast-evolving enterprise IT environments.ITC Infotech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
