As we continue to expand our digital and offline presence, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves turning ideas into visuals — from elegant bottle shots and lifestyle creatives to social media content and in-store promotional materials.

Position Overview

The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in creating high-quality visual assets for both digital and print campaigns. Working closely with the marketing team, you'll help design social media posts, website visuals, eDMs, product mockups, and POSM materials that reflect Albert Wines' premium brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Branding

  • Design digital and print materials including social media creatives, website banners, email visuals, and posters.
  • Assist in developing creative concepts for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Support senior designers in adapting global brand visuals for the Malaysian market.
  • Maintain consistent visual identity across all touchpoints (online & offline).

Marketing Support

  • Work closely with the marketing team to produce visuals for ongoing campaigns, newsletters, and product promotions.
  • Create simple photo/video edits for social media posts and stories.
  • Assist in preparing artwork files for printing (POSM, catalogues, tent cards, etc.).

Collaboration & Execution

  • Coordinate with external vendors (printers, photographers, event partners) when required.
  • Manage and organize design assets for internal reference and archiving.
  • Ensure deadlines are met with accuracy and quality.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of design experience (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of basic video editing or motion graphics (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a plus.
  • Strong sense of layout, typography, and color composition.
  • Creative, curious, and willing to explore new design trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
