- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Assist in mailing
- Assist on delivery document (Delivery Order, Invoice, Customs Form)
- Booking courier service or transporter for pick-up (document, parcel, packages etc.)
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain computer and manual filling systems
- Assist in DOE report.
Requirements :
- SPM with one year experience in clerical jobs
- Good in Microsoft Office
- Can communicate well and write in Malay & English
- Working hours - Monday to Saturday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
