Admin Clerk
(Tempat Kerja: Batu Kawan, Simpang Ampat, Penang)
Responsibility
- Receive, inspect and store incoming spare parts for lorries and construction machinery.
- Issue parts to mechanics and maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issuances and returns.
- Perform general administrative tasks and manage office operations, including document control, filing, scanning, and handling general paperwork.
- Support site recruitment, track attendance and maintain accurate records for staff general affairs.
- Ensure all work aligns with ISO standards and internal company policies.
- Act as a liaison between project site and HQ office to ensure smooth coordination.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least STPM / Certificate / Diploma / Degree in or any equivalent in related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years related working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCount.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Capable of working independently with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Vortex Batu Kawan Business Park, Simpang Ampat, Penang.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12-36 months
Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
