Job overview and responsibilityManage and control all FESCO sales activities in the Malaysia market.Develop and maintain direct relationships with customers, freight forwarders, NVOCCs, and logistics partners.Communicate with customers and report directly to FESCO/DBF Vietnam.Analyze the existing database, pipeline, and market intelligence to identify business opportunities.Research and develop new leads for CIF and FOB cargo flows.Identify and secure new potential volumes within Southeast Asia (SEA).Explore potential logistics and infrastructure projects related to regional shipping expansion.Support the QEL sales team in joint commercial initiatives.Represent FESCO in government meetings, official events, and industry networking sessions.Required skills and experiencesBachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in shipping lines, freight forwarding, or logistics.Strong understanding of SEA container trade, CIF/FOB terms, and port operations.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and coordinate remotely with teams in Vietnam and Russia.Analytical thinking with experience in sales reporting and market research.Fluent in English;Preferred skills and experiencesExisting relationships with regional shippers, importers, exporters, or logistics providers is an advantage.Russian is an advantage.Why Candidate should apply this positionCompetitive salary + performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work in a multinational shipping and logistics group.Business travel opportunities across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.Career growth in regional commercial leadership roles.Involvement in strategic shipping expansion projects within SEA.Report toFESCO / DBF Vietnam ManagementInterview processOnline interview with HRM and General Director -> Interview with Moscow office (if needed)
