Dental Clinic Assistant (Female Only) – Pekan Meru, Klang

We are a dental clinic located in Pekan Meru, Klang, looking for a dedicated, caring, and passionate Female Dental Clinic Assistant to provide the best service to our patients.

Responsibilities / Tanggungjawab

  • Prepare and set up the clinic before operations.
  • Greet patients warmly and assist with paperwork.
  • Serve drinks and light snacks to patients.
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness and professional image.
  • Prepare and set up dental instruments properly.
  • Assist the dentist during treatment (e.g., saliva suction, four-handed dentistry).
  • Ensure patient comfort during treatment.
  • Disinfect dental chair and treatment area.
  • Learn dental procedures and materials.
  • Assist with basic lab work (e.g., pouring dental casts).
  • Prepare lab forms and liaise with dental labs.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Dispense medication and provide post-treatment care instructions.
  • Help patients set their next appointments.
  • Supervise cleaner/maid to ensure proper clinic cleanliness.

Requirements / Syarat-syarat

  • Female only
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience in dental/clinic setting is an advantage
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual, responsible, and eager to learn
  • Able to work in a team, adapt to challenges, and accept constructive feedback
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Leadership qualities and teamwork spirit
